PVN Vendor Referral Program (VRP) - FAQ
Q: Why do you ask me for my
personal information?
A: In order to ensure the quality and integrity of our program, we get
your information and send it directly to a Vendor who we feel is most compatible
with your request. If there is any issue with your VRP expereince, it helps
us to know who we referred you to. Additonally, we can keep the Vendor
accountable to contacting the referrals their company receives if we know
those who have been referred to them.
Q: Is there a fee paid by the Referred Vendors to partcipate in
the program?
A: Yes. The Vendor Referral Program charges a fee for application processing.
We also charge a fee for our service of advertising for the vendor. However,
the applciaton process is quite thorough and
Q: How do you select your Vendors?
A: Our Vendors are selected using the following guidelines.
- Must be in good
standing with the BBB
- Must have a business philosophy that is in line with PVNs vision and
goals
- Must be licensed where appropriate
- Must be monitored for a period of time for quality assurance
